A Great Faculty
The faculty will consist of the principal, three assistant
principals, two psychologists, six guidance counselors,
an intervention counselor, a college counselor, an ROP
counselor, a librarian, a nurse and 117 teachers.
Balance Between Academic Work
Students are encouraged to maintain a wide range of
extra-curricular opportunities, with sporting and cultural
achievements valued equally.
The Intro Program
The 10-week introduction program partners with
leading doctors and scientists for an intensive laboratory
experience, designed to spur students to pursue careers
in medicine and science.
During the summer, under the guidance of the mentors,
the students conduct intensive medical/scientific
research. At the end of the summer, the students present
their findings to P&S faculty members, students and
other interested parties.

Working Together
The unique relationship between the Caribbean World
and UCU and the local community will go way beyond
successful numbers: The Park, the University and the
community will change the lives of those who come
here.
To study here will be a magical part of their life.
Students are uplifted by the deep-rooted Caribbean
spirit of hospitality and brotherhood.
Everything that the Caribbean World does is for the
students: for their growth, for their education, for their
practical experience, for their financial resources — all
of these happen because we are working together.
Specialized Education
Mathematics
Instead of requiring the use of a traditional textbook, the
math department conducts lessons primarily within a
lecture and discursive format and follows an integrated
curriculum that combines numerous topics and strands of
mathematics throughout the year. A concentration on a
core mathematical fields: algebra, geometry, trigonometry,
applied mathematics and analysis, and calculus. |
Science
The science program establishes a foundation in scientific
principles by requiring interdisciplinary study of biology,
Physics, Chemistry, molecular and environmental biology,
and Environmental Science courses. Elective classes are
offered in astronomy, science ethics, and animal behavior.
Technology Integrated Curriculum
In an attempt to combine technology and student life, the
school operates three full-service computer labs and four
classrooms fully equipped with laptop computers. Every
incoming student is provided an Apple MacBook Pro.
World languages
The school offers a demanding multilingual and multicultural
education with the language of instruction being French,
English and Spanish. A five-year program in Mandarin
Chinese is offered.
Arts

Arts education requirement by completing two semesters
of arts classes within two disciplines. The Arts department
therefore offers courses in visual arts, drama, music and
dance, and conducts collaborative productions between
disciplines, such as musical theatre shows, and concert arts
tours around the Caribbean.
History
Student must take courses in world history, western and
eastern civilization, and United States history. These
