Darren S. Enenstein is General Counsel for Caribbean World. Mr. Enenstein has successfully counseled billion dollar companies as well as family offices for the ultra high net worth. Mr. Enenstein brings a global multi-disciplinary approach to turn challenges into opportunities. Enenstein is AV rated by his peers and was named a Super Lawyer by Law and Politics for each of the past two years. He is an active bar member of California, New York, and the District of Columbia and has handled matters across the globe. Enenstein has been a past board member of a number of charities benefiting children’s causes. |
MANOLO TRAVIESO

Manolo Travieso was born and raised in Puerto Rico and relocated to Los Angeles in 1990. He attended Long Beach State University, major in Economics and he is fluent in English and Spanish. With over 10 years of experience in theater, television and film as an actor, producer and director, he has sound knowledge on standards, concepts, practices and procedures in the entertainment industry. He has worked, created, developed, produced and directed television shows for major television networks and is currently leading the development of his third motion picture.
As the President and Founder of Travieso Productions, he has coordinated productions and functions that have brought outstanding talent to this industry. His vision and passion is to develop and create high quality television shows and films for the Hispanic audience in all different markets around the world. He currently is the director and producer of the late night comedy talk show “EL Pelado de al Noche” for a Azteca America. |
Ron Lizardo

Ron Lizardo, a successful and well-known journalist and television host, known for pushing the envelope and leading mainstream television programming into uncharted topics with real issues.
Ron Lizardo joined Univision network group in 1998 as a writer for A Million, the first millionaire trivia game show for Spanish television. In 2001, Ron moved to the Telemundo Network team as one of the hosts of the teen-sensation, daily talk show CHAT, the first ever live, interactive Spanish-language talk show targeting teens and twenty-something’s, discussing controversial, real-life issues broadcast in the US and all of Latin America. Throughout the deadly events of September 11 and following US military engagement in Afghanistan and Iraq, Lizardo was tapped to co-anchor Tele-mundo’s national late night newscast “Punto Final,” summarizing breaking-news and world events. In 2002, Ron joined NBC/Telemundo Networks’ news magazine “Sin Fronteras” as a national correspondent. As an investigative re-porter Ron traveled throughout the US and Latin America covering stories of human interest, politics, science, sports and entertainment.
Ron received several awards and recognition for his investigative reporting. In 2001, Lizardo was part of the team that received Emmy recognition for their tenacity in covering the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. In 2003, Ron received a Telemundo Excellence in News Award for his work covering “Mission Sadam” during the Iraqi intervention.
Over the years, Ron has established him-self as a key note speaker and political analyst in the US and Latin America teaching and creating strategies to reach key demographics in Presidential campaigns. Today he leads the logistical operations of the Consulate of the Dominican Republic in California. |

JOSE F. ALBERTO AMARANTE
VP of Geological Operations
Qualifications:
With over twenty years of professional experience in mineral exploration, geologist Jose F. Alberto Amarante earned a Master of Science Degree in Geology and a Master of Science Degree in Mineral Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, in Socorro, New Mexico. He possesses broad practical knowledge in international arenas including the Dominican Republic, United States, Canada, Mexico, and Argentina. He specializes in mineral exploration (i.e., regional exploration, property evaluation and detailed geologic mapping), and has two years of experience in research related to petroleum and natural gas exploration.
Mr. Amarante has proven record of effective geological project management and demonstrated skills in complex negotiations and the management of high stress, high stakes, sensitive and confidential situations such as exploration concessions, landowner permissions and acquisition of environmental permissions. He also has knowledge in the use of Remote Sensing—a commercial software which uses satellite image interpretation to map land boundaries, rock and mineralization types, and vegetation and surface water distribution.
Able to work effectively within diverse cultural climates and under adverse field conditions, his analytical skills include geological mapping, logging, mineralogical and petrological core analyses, emphasizing trace and major element geochemical interpretation. With bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, he is a proactive and detail oriented professional who also demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. |
