Controversy
Generally, the issues which might be ensconced in the Caribbean World development can be summarized, with applicable responses:
- Procedural Concerns. Non negligible.
- Environmental Concerns: As the development projects are established
on Ecological interests. There are very minimal quantifiable concerns for
marine, flora or fauna through this development.
- The Depletion of Natural Resources: Non-negligible. CW’s bedrock
premise is preservation through alternatives.
- Militarize: The Military is not commissioned as the security source
for the development. Private resources will be engaged as the security
sources. Providing forces to keep order and provide safety.
- Traffic Congestion: As the lions share of the district guest visitors will
be transported via fuel efficient vehicles, provided by Ownership, traffic
impact will not be a negligible concern.
Depletion of natural resources: There is none. Caribbean World is about preservation.
Militarize:
There is no military use of the facility. There will be a security
force to keep order and provide safety.
Traffic Congestion: Due to the fact that the majority of the visitors to the park will be
transported by fuel efficient buses, traffic will not be a concern.
Incorporated City: The District will possess the regulatory standards of an
Incorporated City, which will include the capacity of issuance of
tax-free bonds. This district will possess immunity from current
or future state, province and country land-use laws and/or
regulations. The only code review regulations that would be
applicable are elevator lift and annual inspection thereto. |
