Ron Lizardo, a successful and well-known journalist and television host, known for pushing the envelope and leading mainstream television programming into uncharted topics with real issues.
Ron Lizardo joined Univision network group in 1998 as a writer for A Million, the first millionaire trivia game show for Spanish television. In 2001, Ron moved to the Telemundo Network team as one of the hosts of the teen-sensation, daily talk show CHAT, the first ever live, interactive Spanish-language talk show targeting teens and twenty-something’s, discussing controversial, real-life issues broadcast in the US and all of Latin America. Throughout the deadly events of September 11 and following US military engagement in Afghanistan and Iraq, Lizardo was tapped to co-anchor Tele-mundo’s national late night newscast “Punto Final,” summarizing breaking-news and world events. In 2002, Ron joined NBC/Telemundo Networks’ news magazine “Sin Fronteras” as a national correspondent. As an investigative re-porter Ron traveled throughout the US and Latin America covering stories of human interest, politics, science, sports and entertainment.
Ron received several awards and recognition for his investigative reporting. In 2001, Lizardo was part of the team that received Emmy recognition for their tenacity in covering the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. In 2003, Ron received a Telemundo Excellence in News Award for his work covering “Mission Sadam” during the Iraqi intervention.
Over the years, Ron has established him-self as a key note speaker and political analyst in the US and Latin America teaching and creating strategies to reach key demographics in Presidential campaigns. Today he leads the logistical operations of the Consulate of the Dominican Republic in California. |

With over 10 years of experience in theater, television and film as an actor, producer and director, he has sound knowledge on standards, concepts, practices and procedures in the entertainment industry. He has worked, created, developed, produced and directed television shows for major television networks and is currently leading the development of his third motion picture.
As the President and Founder of Travieso Productions, he has coordinated productions and functions that have brought outstanding talent to this industry. His vision and passion is to develop and create high quality television shows and films for the Hispanic audience in all different markets around the world. He currently is the director and producer of the late night comedy talk show “EL Pelado de al Noche” for a Azteca America. |

Con más de veinte años de experiencia profesional en Exploración Mineral, el Geólogo José F. Alberto Amarante obtuvo dos Maestrías, una en ciencia en el campo de la Geología y otra en Ingeniería de Minas en el Instituto de Minas y Tecnología de Nuevo México, Socorro, Nuevo México. Tiene amplios conocimientosprácticos sobre la geología local de la RepúblicaDominicana. Además, tiene experiencia de trabajo a nivel internacional incluyendo regiones del norte de Canadá,norte de México, y noroeste de Argentina. Su especialización es la exploración mineral (exploración regional, evaluación de prospectos, y mapeo geológico regional y detallado). Además, tiene dos años de experiencia en investigaciones geológicas relacionadas ala exploración de petróleo y gas natural.
El Señor Amarante ha mostrado ser efectivo en el manejo y dirección de proyectos geológicos y ha demostrado su capacidad en negociaciones complejas y en el manejo desituaciones riesgosas, estresantes, y confidenciales en los campos de concesiones de explotación, permisos de propietario de terreno y permisos ambientales. También tiene conocimientos en el uso del software RemoteSensing, el cual se usa para analizar e interpretar fotografías satelitales de grandes extensiones de terreno con el fin de mapear contornos de terrenos, tipos de rocas y mineralizaciones, así como también la distribución devegetación y agua superficiales.
Competente para trabajar de manera efectiva en diversos climas culturales y bajo condiciones de campo adversas, sus habilidades analíticas incluyen mapeo geológico, registro de datos geológicos, análisis mineralógico y petrológico de testigos (rocas) con énfasis en interpretación geoquímica de elementos mayores y elementos traza.
